Together, ID Lab and Studios create the marketing that differentiates every SERHANT. agent, listing, and development.
About the Role
SERHANT. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and build a new generation of AI-powered creative products for SERHANT. ID Lab and SERHANT. Studios. This role owns product strategy for how premium real estate marketing and studio content - brand identities, listing collateral, photography, video, and social campaigns - is conceived, produced, and distributed with AI in the loop.
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role will own product strategy from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering closely with the department heads of ID Lab and Studios alongside engineering, design, and brokerage stakeholders to turn craft-driven creative services into scalable products for agents, clients, and developers.
The mandate has two connected halves. The first is operational: building products that make ID Lab and Studios materially faster and more efficient at producing high-end creative work, from intake and briefing through production, review, and delivery.
The second is self-serve: giving SERHANT. agents more robust tools to create premium marketing on their own, at a quality bar the brand can stand behind. You will identify where generative AI can raise the quality, speed, and volume of creative output without diluting the SERHANT. standard - and be equally clear about where it cannot. Success means creative products that agents adopt, clients pay for, and the ID Lab and Studios teams trust.
The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition, technical fluency with modern AI tooling, genuine creative judgment, and experience building products for or with marketing and creative teams. This individual should be comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, balancing long-term product vision with day-to-day execution, and making informed prioritization decisions across competing initiatives.
This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can independently drive products from concept to adoption.
Responsibilities
• Product Strategy and Ownership:
o Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered creative and marketing products across ID Lab and Studios
o Partner with the heads of ID Lab and Studios to translate their creative services into scalable, productized offerings for agents, sellers, and developers
o Own two connected product lines: internal tooling that improves ID Lab and Studios production efficiency, and self-serve creative tools that agents use directly
o Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and optimization
o Balance short-term execution needs with long-term product strategy and platform scalability
o Establish and monitor success metrics tied to adoption, creative quality, production throughput, and revenue impact
• AI-Powered Content and Creative Tooling:
o Identify and validate where generative AI across text, image, video, and audio can produce or accelerate premium real estate marketing and studio content
o Partner with engineering to evaluate, test, and deploy generative models, creative pipelines, and automation into production workflows
o Define quality bars, brand-safety guardrails, and human review steps that keep AI-assisted output at the SERHANT. standard
o Track the generative media landscape and assess new models and tools for practical, durable business application
o Work with legal and brand leadership on rights, licensing, likeness, and disclosure considerations for AI-generated marketing assets
• Product Discovery and Prioritization:
o Embed with ID Lab designers and Studios producers to map creative workflows end to end and find the highest-leverage points for product intervention
o Conduct discovery with agents, clients, and developers to understand which marketing output actually moves listings and builds brands
o Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, creative value, technical feasibility, and organizational goals
o Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams
o Validate product ideas through prototyping, testing, experimentation, analytics, and user feedback before broader implementation
• Cross-functional Leadership and Execution:
o Serve as the primary liaison between the ID Lab and Studios department heads, engineering teams, design partners, and brokerage stakeholders
o Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination in partnership with engineering leadership
o Remove blockers, facilitate decision-making, and ensure teams remain focused on high-impact deliverables
o Communicate product priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and updates clearly to technical, creative, and executive audiences
• Creative Quality and Operational Scale:
o Champion product experiences that put high-end creative output within reach of agents who are not designers or producers
o Improve ID Lab and Studios production workflows end to end — intake, briefs, asset management, review cycles, and delivery — to reduce turnaround time and manual effort
o Define where self-serve agent output ends and full-service ID Lab and Studios engagements begin, and keep the two reinforcing rather than competing
o Identify bottlenecks in creative production and collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions
o Monitor feature adoption, asset usage, and creative throughput to inform future product improvements
• Data and Product Analytics:
o Use product analytics, experimentation, and user insights to inform prioritization and product decisions
o Define KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure feature effectiveness, adoption, and impact on listing and brand performance
o Partner with technical teams to ensure proper event tracking, analytics instrumentation, and reporting visibility
o Conduct analysis on user behavior, content performance, and creative workflow trends to guide ongoing product strategy
