Be responsible for the product workflow design of content submissions and content gameplay, including key modules such as creator recruitment, reward distribution, optimization of the creators content submission experience, and innovative gameplay, and be accountable for creator experience metric of the product Collaborate with the algorithm, improve the quality of UGC content and the effectiveness of traffic through measures such as optimizing the content pricing strategies, content distribution strategies, and be accountable for the performance of the product Collaborate with global operations and sales, have an in-depth understanding of the brand advertising ecosystem, identify the needs of brand advertisers, propose brand advertising solutions related to creator content, and be accountable for the long term strategies of product Qualifications Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree 3+ years of product experience in Brand Ads or Creator Platform Product experience is required in one or more of the following areas: creator recruitment, creator tools, creator management flow Proven ability to influence cross functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills to convey technical and business concepts effectively Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to develop solutions About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short form mobile video.
