A successful Product Manager is the voice of the customer, translating their needs into innovative features and enhancements that solve real business problems and drive growth.Your RoleCollaborate with the Director of Product to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ongoing product evolutionConduct market research to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business goals such as lowering customer acquisition costs, scaling revenue growth, or accelerating revenue recognitionInstitute and manage best practices for incorporating both qualitative user feedback and quantitative data analytics into product developmentDrive and measure feature-level user adoption to support iterative product improvementSupport the development and delivery of weekly and monthly milestones aligned with the quarterly product planContribute to revenue modeling and define appropriate pricing strategies for product offeringsLead the effective adoption of new products and features through established rollout plans and internal / external marketing materialsServe as an internal leader in identifying, articulating, and solving complex business problems related to platforms, systems, and infrastructureIdentify potential issues or blockers that could delay launches or impact project successPartner directly with technical leaders across the organization to ensure alignment with the product vision and to solve challenges collaborativelyRegularly communicate progress, learnings, and strategic updates to senior executivesBuild and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, with a focus on quality, reliability, and scalable solutionsWhat We Look For10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platforms and systems5+ years of experience working with digital advertising products in social advertising environments, including platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, or RedditProven track record of building and launching products at scaleStrong strategic thinking with the ability to articulate product vision and define roadmapsFamiliarity with software development processes, Agile methodologies, and tools such as ClickUp, Figma, and LookerAbility to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teamsDemonstrated success in translating customer feedback into high-impact featuresExperience with customer journey mapping, user personas, and empathy-building techniques (preferred)Strong data analysis skills with a metrics-driven mindsetFamiliarity with A / B testing, user analytics, and customer feedback toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and leadership levelsComfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and operating in a fast-paced environment with a bias for actionAbility to understand and discuss technical concepts, and to prioritize and evaluate opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersSolid understanding of data-driven product development methodologies and current software development strategiesFluency is headquartered in Vermont. This position is remote US based.
