You’ll also develop and scale best-in-class growth programs, run experiments/generate learnings, and launch new features and plans on mobile, all while working on a wide breadth of projects that balance sustainable business growth with what’s best for the company’s users. **As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:** * Help build and execute growth strategy for the company’s mobile app, achieving acquisition, activation/engagement/retention, and monetization goals. If you're interested in applying for the role, you can check it out here: https://www.hireart.com/jobs/cce425cb/apply ### Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * 6+ years of product marketing or growth experience across acquisition, retention, and monetization (experience working on mobile products is highly preferred) * An equal mix of strategic, creative, and analytical skills (i.e. you are as comfortable with experiment design as you are with writing copy) * Excellent communication/collaboration skills, with experience influencing and working cross-functionally across various teams (e.g. Product Management, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Content Design, Lifecycle Marketing, Paid Media, and Web Marketing) * Proactive self- starter who is able to identify new opportunities and own/drive them (or partner with the right stakeholders to do so) * Exceptional analytical/quantitative skills and a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible * Experience using quantitative/qualitative insights and data to inform growth strategy, prioritization, and roadmap development * Strong growth mindset and willingness to learn * Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to develop consumer-facing messaging and positioning **Preferred skills:** * Experience working at a tech company, particularly in B2C/B2B SaaS * Experience working with a mobile measurement partner (e.g., Adjust, Branch, Kochava, etc.)
