Senior Project Manager

Mission Statement: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for timely and accurate execution of the project’s construction phase. Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager provides management oversight for all phases of Residential and Commercial construction projects, including coordinating Construction Schedule, subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that Design specifications are being followed per approved CD sets, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule and within budget. The Senior Project Manager serves as a liaison between the Design Department and the Construction Division and problem solves issues on and off site to ensure project progress is executed. Leverage and maintain current relationships as well as developing new ones to expand business development Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of the project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.. Coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects. Able to resolve all issues that may arise with the project on the jobsite quickly and professionally while notifying the appropriate parties.
