**The Senior Recruiter** is a full-cycle recruiting role, responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of PCC staff. Working collaboratively with store and office hiring managers, they help build diverse, inspired, and passionate teams across our co-op. _In our efforts to recruit more diverse candidates to PCC, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ candidates are strongly encouraged to apply._ **Priority apply by date: Wednesday, October 13, 2021** **Main Job Responsibilities** Coordinates with store and office hiring managers regarding employment needs Reviews applications and conducts interviews to assess culture fit and skillset Creates and maintains relationships with external partner organizations to build and strengthen diverse candidate pipelines Assesses, designs, and implements equitable hiring practices and processes Provides guidance to hiring managers on best practices throughout the hiring process Provides administrative support including job postings, scheduling interviews, advertising job openings across multiple channels, interview follow up, and other tasks as assigned Manages applicant information in Applicant Tracking System Prepares hiring status reports Represents PCC to the public in a courteous, knowledgeable and outgoing manner Organizes and participates in job fairs and other employment outreach, including social media Handles requests from staff in a timely fashion Assists with designing procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions Facilitates training sessions and provides resources and tools to hiring managers Handles confidential information using discretion and judgement **Reporting Relationships** Reports to: Manager of Staffing and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) **Qualifications and Skills** Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive customer service orientation toward staff and public Passion for working with people and developing relationships with internal contacts and external organizations 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter; retail industry or food service experience desired Experience with recruiting and outreach efforts centered in diversity, equity and inclusion Familiarity with labor legislation in Washington state In-depth knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), iCIMS preferred Intermediate level of computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including proficiency in Excel Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills and ability, remotely and in person Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve with excellent attention to detail Ability to be a team player and appreciate working collaboratively as well as independently Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to anticipate problems and follow through to complete tasks successfully Available to work some evenings and weekends, and able to travel to all store locations and to other work-related locations **Behaviors and Competencies** PCC is a company where culture and values are at the heart of who we are and what we do.
