Position Responsibilities: • Develops and executes recruitment advertising campaigns for U.S. and global audiences, including the development of media plans, marketing collateral, career site and social channels for diverse audiences • Identifies emerging trends in external candidate behavior and lead planning, socialization and implementation of new media, resources and tools to support business objectives • Supports a robust measurement program addressing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analytics and optimizations behind the advertising campaign, media choices and online properties • Works collaboratively with talent acquisition, HR, communications, agency teams, and appropriate outside partners to further integrate the candidate attraction and experience to drive efficiencies • Oversees agency partners' deliverables and managing creative development, production, media buying, optimization, and campaign analyses and reports • Makes ongoing efforts to streamline processes and incorporate best practices • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure theBoeing brand strategy and corporate identity standards are adhered to Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
