Pinckney Hugo Group is seeking a Senior Retail Media Buyer to support national CPG clients across leading retailer media platforms. 6+ years of experience in digital media buying with direct retail media platform experience Leads campaign strategy and execution across platforms Provides recommendations, mentors junior team members, and interfaces more directly with clients Executes campaigns independently with guidance Contributes to optimization and reporting Hands-on experience with one or more: Walmart Connect, Kroger, Meijer, H-E-B, Albertsons, Publix Strong understanding of: Retail search and keyword strategy Onsite display formats and audience targeting Offsite retail media extensions Experience working with CPG brands strongly preferred Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize toward performance KPIs Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment For starters, you'll have the chance to work on some of the biggest brands and most exciting projects in the world — all from right here in Upstate New York, and in some cases, from the comfort of your home.
