The Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Account Executive with a proven track record to join our expanding team. This is a senior-level role for someone who doesn't need to be taught how to sell — you know how to build a pipeline, close deals, and grow accounts strategically. What You'll Do

Drive new business development across local, regional, and national advertisers in the Las Vegas marketOwn and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through consultative, relationship-based sellingLead the full sales cycle — prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, negotiation, and closeDevelop strategic advertising solutions tailored to each client's marketing objectivesConsistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue goalsServe as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and OOH expertiseCollaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure flawless campaign executionMaintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRMRepresent Las Vegas Billboards at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, OOH, or a related industryA strong, verifiable history of exceeding sales quotas at a senior levelEstablished relationships within the Las Vegas business, hospitality, or entertainment community — a major advantageSophisticated consultative selling and negotiation skillsExecutive-level communication and presentation abilityEntrepreneurial mindset — you treat your territory like your own businessValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales pipeline managementPreferred Qualifications

Existing book of business in the Las Vegas/Southern Nevada marketBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
