LG Ad Solutions is a global leader in connected TV (CTV) and cross-screen advertising. A background in video advertising is required. Experience selling, planning, buying or streaming CTV, digital, video and/or linear is a plus. You are driven to work independently and resourcefully manage many duties, including relationship management and growth, and delivering excellent sales and customer service with the political support team. Responsibilities: • Achieve sales goals • Work with a sense of urgency the political market demands • Build and leverage strategic relationships with top political advertising agencies (linear, digital, full suite) and their clients (groups, committees & PACs) in Washington, DC and nationally to drive revenue growth and market share • Proactively sell to agencies and their clients our full suite of ad products, including CTV video, online video, and native ads via managed service and programmatic • Ensure our clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service in partnership with the political support team • Develop data-driven solutions, compelling presentations, and campaign reporting working in conjunction with account management, operations, and analytics teams • Client Engagement & Networking • Achieve monthly meetings and engagement targets • Lead meetings and client engagement through in-person and zoom; as well as sales-forward phone / email interactions; and client entertainment • Identify and consistently engage key decision makers to find new opportunities across both established and developmental accounts • Participate in key political and advocacy industry events to establish and grow relationships and further develop knowledge of the political video advertising landscape • LG Ads "One Team" Collaboration • Maintain positive, collaborative relationships across internal teams and management • Actively collaborate with the political support team and other internal teams to drive overall sales success including sharing political advertising best practices, competitive learnings, and new opportunities/ways of working together • Deliver outstanding attention to detail and maintain high levels of accuracy within a deadline-driven environment
