Senior Tiktok Shop Specialist

This role is hands‑on, data‑driven, and focused on unlocking growth across Tik Tok Shop, paid media, creators, affiliates, and live shopping.You will operate as the day‑to‑day owner of Tik Tok Shop performance, partnering closely with Tik Tok, internal growth teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to unlock growth at scale.Key Responsibilities: Tik Tok Shop & Campaign OwnershipServe as the primary point of contact for Tik Tok Ads, Tik Tok Shop, and Live Shopping teamsOwn campaign setup, registration, flighting, execution, and performance reporting within Tik Tok Seller CenterLead campaign launches end‑to‑end, managing timelines, assets, testing, and optimization across Shop and web.Partner with Tik Tok on betas, incentive programs, and platform optimizations to accelerate growth.Evaluate and lead adoption of new Tik Tok commerce features in partnership with Growth, CRM, CX, and Ecommerce.Shop CRO & MerchandisingOversee channel Shop Design across home page design, merchandising, module placement and CRO testingBuild product collections in conjunction with campaigns, large moments and channel‑specific offeringsEnhance channel UX with TTS x Comfrt product roadmap in new modules, testing opportunities & channel enhancementsBuild CRO roadmap syncing learnings from TTS to other channels, as well as contribute & deliver new ideas in apps, promotions, product feed connectors and overall channel insights & health metricsPerformance & AnalyticsDefine, track, and report KPIs across Tik Tok Shop, paid campaigns, and organic performance (GMV, ROAS, CAC, CVR).Identify gaps in attribution and measurement; collaborate with Tik Tok and internal teams to improve data visibility.Leverage Tik Tok Market Scope (TTMS), Seller Center data, customer reviews, CX insights, and tools like Kalodata to identify trends and competitive opportunities.Partner with Finance to track Tik Tok Shop as a standalone P&L and support forecasting and performance reviews.Cross-Functional CommunicationTranslate Tik Tok learnings and priorities into clear directives for the growth team, creative strategist, CX, CRM and creator and affiliate teams.Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to ensure assets are optimized for Tik Tok formats and timelines.Maintain alignment with product, inventory, and ecommerce teams to ensure accurate planning and execution.Problem‑Solving & ExecutionProactively identify and resolve issues related to campaign setup, tracking, or platform operations.Lead partner and internal discussions with confidence, using data to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.Operate with a solutions‑first mindset in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance media (with hands on Tik Tok Shop Seller Center, Ads Manager experience).Proven success managing Tik Tok Shop and/or paid campaigns with measurable revenue impact.Skills:Strong understanding of Tik Tok trends. and experience of Tik Tok Seller Center and Ads Manager.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading partner‑facing conversations.Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving ability and bias for action.Experience working cross‑functionally with creative, paid, and product teams.LA‑based preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates.What You’ll Gain:Ownership of a flagship growth channel for a top‑performing brand on Tik Tok.Direct partnership with Tik Tok’s premier team on betas, insights, and high‑impact opportunities.Why Join Comfrt?Be part of a purpose‑driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.Work in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.Enjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company‑covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products!Join a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.Comfrt is an equal opportunity employer.
