About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead our strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand positioning within our innovative company. This pivotal leadership role is focused on cultivating and expanding a talented marketing and eCommerce team to execute our vision effectively. You will be accountable for managing the department’s budget and P&L, ensuring a solid grasp of key performance indicators, and collaborating with your team to activate the brand strategy roadmap.

This position involves a strategic mixture of DTC and B2B channel marketing, where you will represent our brand as a thought leader and product expert while engaging with various stakeholders. To succeed, you should bring at least 10 years of integrated marketing experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role, particularly in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. A background in wellness, beauty, or similar products is highly desirable. You should have a strong track record in both DTC and B2B channel marketing, experience in team management, and a deep understanding of marketing and eCommerce technology.
