About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our efforts in shaping and executing an impactful sales strategy. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing key customer relationships and enhancing our customer segmentation to tailor effective sales strategies. Your mission will include seeking out high-value customer segments and crafting innovative sales plans that align with our ambitious goals for market expansion and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the food industry. A proven track record of successful sales leadership, specifically in managing key accounts and developing sophisticated pricing strategies. Visionary leadership skills, enabling you to inspire a culture of continuous learning and innovation among your team. A culinary understanding or experience that elevates your approach to our products. Expertise in integrating sales technologies and social media strategies with traditional sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will lead our marketing and customer service teams, collaborate closely with our production department, and manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure we achieve our company objectives. You will be expected to present effectively to groups, engage with other company leaders across functions, and foster a culture that embodies the company's values and standards. Travel is minimal, with less than 10% expected.
