Senior Web Developer

Cyphon Digital is in search of a Senior Web Developer to join our team to build, update and maintain WordPress sites, as well as support other applications and integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop their technical skills in a fast paced environment. The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends (softwares and strategies used in digital marketing) and possess mastery of WordPress. We prefer to build websites using some sort of framework (Bootstrap, Foundation Zurb), and with a blank developer theme (example: Underscores.me) • High-performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of projects in various phases and service areas • Perform Q/A and testing to ensure final output is top notch Skills and Qualifications: • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery • Atleast 3 years experience building custom WordPress websites from scratch using designer provided files • Atleast 1 years experience with e-Commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce) • Experience using pre-built WordPress themes (Avada, Elementor) and customizing them to look unique and work for specific clients • Knowledgeable in designing and developing responsive websites with mobile first designs using the latest trends • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working WordPress themes • Experience with and understanding of how to integrate marketing features in platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Zapier, Wufoo, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc. To Apply: Send your CV along with the following: • Send 5 wordpress website you programmed • Send 2 eCommerce websites you created or manage • Are you available for a full time job or part-time/freelance work?
