Position Overview The contractor will work alongside the SEO/AEO team, contribute to partner strategy execution, and communicate progress to partners in a supportive capacity. Key Responsibilities Experience in SEO with a solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practicesWorking knowledge of AEO principles, including structured data, schema markup, and AI search behaviorProficiency in SEO and analytics platforms including Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Moz, or AhrefsUnderstanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and technical optimizationStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategyClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey SEO and AEO concepts to partnersAbility to manage multiple partner accounts and tasks in a fast-paced agency environmentSelf-motivated with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to workPreferred Experience working in a digital marketing agency environmentFamiliarity with WordPress, including multisite environmentsRelevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEMrushExperience with schema testing tools and structured data implementationKnowledge of GBP optimization and local SEO strategiesPlease note: This is a temporary, contract-based position with a minimum commitment of 90 days.
