As a Customer Success Intern, you will be responsible for providing an amazing customer experience to our new and existing customers. This includes welcome phone calls and emails, monitoring the progress of their install process and SEO campaign, determine potential upsell opportunities, and maintaining a working relationship with the client through monthly communication.
