Job Description

This is a remote position.

Boost Media Group is looking for an SEO Specialist that will be responsible for all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings in all major search networks.

Essentials Duties And Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimizedPreparing detailed strategy reportsIdentifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable trafficRunning SEO campaignsWriting powerful calls-to-action to convert visitorsFilling websites and other content with effective keywordsWriting effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accountsDeveloping link building strategiesAnalyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitorsKeeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelinesCompiling and presenting SEO guidelines

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proven experience in content marketing, content growth, and SEO/SEMProven experience in managing SEO campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionExperience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search IgniteExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsKnowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithmsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEMExcellent verbal and written communication skillStrong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
