As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing servicing/sub-servicing operations, managing transfers to new servicers, and providing investor reporting. You will also assist in tracking internal/external KPIs/KRIs. You will oversee monthly/quarterly sub-servicer oversight, MERS/Escrow/Remittance Reporting, and primary contact for servicing transfers to new purchasers/servicers. Additionally, you will perform monthly GL reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items, as well as LSBO Remittance reconciliation and payment posting. Involved in working with 2nd LOD partners for any communication needs, reporting, and strategy metrics.
