This role is responsible for developing strategic media plans that align with client objectives and drive campaign success. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of media buying principles across digital and traditional platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, present, and manage comprehensive media plans based on client goals and budget parameters.Conduct thorough research to identify optimal media channels for targeted campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve results.Prepare and deliver post-campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.Stay up to date with industry trends, media innovations, and audience behaviors.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.1–3 years of experience in media planning or a related role.Strong understanding of media planning tools, audience data, and buying strategies.Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and industry research tools.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented and capable of managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary ($48,000 – $60,000 per year).Professional development and growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Skill-building workshops and training sessions.Paid time off and company holidays.Health, dental, and vision insurance packages.
