Shopify E-Commerce Specialist

The E-commerce Specialist will be working with the Marketing Director and will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce department of Sew Much More as well as assisting our Marketing department to execute sales & promotions. You will be expected to work in our offices and MUST have SHOPIFY experience. MAIN DUTIES: \\- Oversee fulfillment of various selling channels \\- Maintain customer support across various channels \\- General website maintenance - checking inventory reports and updating channels \\- Establish online marketing goals and sales benchmarks to increase website sales, traffic, customer base, and profitability \\- Work with the marketing department to optimize the design and usability of SMM’s website \\- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPI) \\- Identify trends in UI & UX to optimize the website \\- Collaborate with the marketing department to reflect ongoing sales, campaigns, etc. ** Sew Much More is a fun and creative atmosphere with a hungry and youthful marketing team looking to grow both the business as well as the sewing industry as a whole.
