In this role, you’ll help bridge strategy and execution—turning insights and data into campaigns that engage shoppers and drive conversion. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll manage campaign logistics, coordinate with creative and sales teams, and support the delivery of shopper programs across Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), and Walmart Connect. You’ll have daily exposure to brand teams, global partners, and agencies, gaining experience in the fast-growing world of retail media and shopper marketing. Manage day-to-day execution of shopper campaigns and promotions Support digital couponing, incentive, and retail media programs Collaborate with sales, creative, and global brand teams to align deliverables Track and report campaign results, budgets, and performance data Lead status meetings and follow-ups with internal and external partners 2–4 years of experience at a marketing agency or shopper, retail, or brand marketing Strong Excel and reporting skills; detail-oriented and highly organized Strong communicator who can confidently manage projects and relationships
