Busy sign company is looking for a sign maker/production artist to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of signs. What is the role of a production artist? You’ll be the one to bring the visual aspects of signs, exhibits, and advertising to life. Your signs will capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. Responsibilities Study design briefs and determine requirements Schedule projects Output graphics on plotter and large format printer Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with customers and sales team to produce final product Ensure final graphics, layouts and signs are visually appealing and on-brand Assemble signs Install signs on location Skills Proven attention to detail Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Contact Jane by email, or drop off a resume at 90 Compark Rd.
