*How we work* Each technician has 8 gutter cleanings and estimates each day so there are plenty of opportunities to find repairs. If you do not have time to do it on the spot, we will schedule it for the next available day. There is no need to sell jobs on the spot, we use an app that you can upload pictures and notes with prices, the office will send a proposal along with pictures, pricing and contract to the customer. To be clear, if you sell the job or if the office sells the job that you find, you get 50% of the profit after material. You get paid like you are half owner and don't have to worry about about advertising, scheduling, administrative work, proposals, contracts, ect What we need from you: -You must have own truck/van, ladders, tools -At least 5 years experience roofing and/or performing exterior repairs (pressure washing experience is a plus) -We are very selective in hiring so please send us detailed experience and references -Must be presentable, polite, no drug or alcohol problems and no temper problems Work takes place within Northern Virginia, I have had several people ask if this is a scam.
