Owning the marketing engine for CookUnity's Smart Fridge network, the full-time Smart Fridge Marketing Lead will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and hands-on initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage user acquisition through app downloads, onboarding, and on-site activations to convert fridge visitors into app users Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase user engagement, retention, and repeat purchases Implement a structured experimentation process to measure performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies across the Smart Fridge network Required qualifications: 3-6+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing focused on engagement and retention Proven ability to build and manage campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis and segmentation Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and operations
