Position Overview

Smart VAs, a one‑stop‑shop virtual assistant agency, is seeking a digital marketing specialist to join our team as a Part‑Time Independent Contractor. In this role you will develop and implement paid advertising campaigns, manage budgets for maximum ROI, and work on creative ad designs—all under the US Time Zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). You will be expected to adhere to a rigorous application process which includes online assessments to ensure you are as savvy, motivated, adept, responsible, and trustworthy as our company values.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid strategies aligned with business goals.
Keyword Research: Identify high‑performing and negative keywords, and stay updated on trends.
Ad Creation & Optimization: Write compelling ad copy, design creatives, and optimize landing pages.
Performance Monitoring: Track metrics using tools like Google Ads and Analytics.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Reporting: Provide clear, data‑driven reports and insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Well‑versed in digital marketing practices.
Expert in creating compelling ads that drive conversions.
Ability to manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Can work part‑time during EST hours.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SEO is a BIG plus.
