This position plays a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and convert prospects into new SMB customers. The SMB Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator will lead multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI, and support commercial (MDU/HOA) sales efforts to accelerate growth. Marketing Campaign Development • Develop and execute integrated B2B and SMB acquisition marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive new customer growth • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, direct mail, SMS/text messaging, door hanger campaigns, webinars, and community events • Create engaging marketing content tailored to specific customer segments and local markets Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SMB, or acquisition marketing environments • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights • This role requires the use of your personal vehicle to drive to and from prospective customer locations.
