WebMO is a growing digital marketing agency looking for a results-driven Social Ads Campaign Manager to join our specialized social advertising team. What You’ll Do: • Build, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn with focus on ROAS, CPL, CPM, and conversion quality • Develop audience targeting strategies using custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest/behavior targeting • Collaborate with creative team to develop ad concepts and provide performance-driven feedback on creative assets • Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, conducting A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, forms, and layouts to improve conversion rates • Implement and maintain conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, CAPI) and analyze funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities • Monitor platform updates and beta features to stay ahead of industry trends • Build performance reports, meet with clients, and translate campaign data into strategic recommendations • Collaborate with account teams to align campaign strategy with client business objectives What We’re Looking For • Experience in building and managing paid social campaigns in Meta. • Understanding of social platform algorithms, ad auction dynamics, and performance optimization • Strong analytical skills with GA4, platform analytics, and conversion tracking • Ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders • Comfort working in WordPress, and other user-friendly CMS-systems (HTML + CSS experience is a plus) • Creative eye for what makes social content stop the scroll • Experience with CRO tools and methodologies (heatmaps, session recordings, form analytics) • Knowledge of landing page copywriting and conversion-focused design principles • Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup, QA, and ongoing optimization • Interest in growing with a collaborative agency team that values strategic thinking Bonus Points • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Snapchat Ads • Familiarity with Meta's AI advertising tools (Advantage+, dynamic creative) • Background in creative strategy or copywriting • Experience developing audience strategies and creative briefs based on campaign goals • Understanding of marketing compliance (especially healthcare, finance, or legal verticals) • Experience managing lead generation campaigns and CRM integration
