Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing with a strong focus on Paid Social (Meta required; Pinterest/TikTok strongly preferred) • Deep hands-on campaign management expertise in bid strategies, budget pacing, audience testing, and creative iteration • Proven track record scaling Paid Social or CAC-driven acquisition programs in a high-growth DTC or ecommerce environment • Highly analytical—comfortable with forecasting, A/B testing, and data deep dives to uncover insights • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel management, attribution models, and retargeting • Proficient in Excel/Sheets and analytics platforms (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, attribution tools, etc.) While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
