Pilot new ideas, campaigns and tools.What Success Looks LikeLeading Tik-Tok agency expertise, thought leadership, testing and creative strategy, and team educationCampaigns launched accurately and on time, with full tracking, testing, and clear objectives.≥ 90% of campaigns meet or exceed monthly KPI targets (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).Client reports delivered within 5 business days of month-end, with actionable insights.AI tools integrated into ≥ 50% of core tasks (ideation, reporting, or testing).Client satisfaction remains high; paid media work consistently earns positive feedback.Internal teams rely on you as a go-to expert for paid social advertising across major platformsCreative, analytical, and client-facing work is delivered on time, with accuracy and strategic insight.Who You Are5+ years managing paid social media campaigns in an agency or in-house environment, including 2-3 years of TikTok experienceFluent across, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform ad managers.Experience in the travel, hospitality, or adjacent sectors is highly preferred, and a personal or professional passion for travel is essential, as many of our clients are globally recognized travel brands.Strong experience with AI tools, including but not limited to generative content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney), AI-enhanced media buying, performance prediction models, or automation in reporting and workflow.
