Our Salad and Go is seeking a Social and Digital Media Manager to lead and execute a strategy that will continue to catapult the Brand to new heights and foster a digital community that has a shared passion for healthy, affordable food! As the Social and Digital Media Manager, you will: • Lead the planning and development for organic social channels (IG/LI/FB/TIkTok/X) in partnership with the creative agency to further cultivate Brand love and fan engagement • Produce, develop, and publish innovative owned social media and e-mail content • Analyze and report organic social media and email KPIs monthly, and quarterly while making recommendations on how to exceed goals • Leverage consumer data platform insights to develop segmentation, personalized messaging, and A/B testing to optimize the email program • Collaborate with the Director of Social/Digital on influencer sourcing and management among micro to macro levels to further drive Brand reach and consideration • Work cross-functionally across the organization to support initiatives, live events, storytelling opportunities, and new store openings/local store marketing • Develop social listening and actionable insights reports to develop hypotheses and informed decision-making • Assist with community management efforts in collaboration with the agency partner • Ad hoc graphic design and video editing requests
