Part-time consultant with potential to grow into a full-time role in small, dynamic Public Relations/Marketing Agency located in Santa Barbara, California • Work with other members of the team to execute marketing, digital marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns according to the needs of the client • Candidate should be creative, outgoing, and motivated with 2-3 years of agency or industry experience (or equivalent) • Strong proven written and communication skills • Write/edit press releases and media stories—Samples required • Pitch stories/follow up with media for news and event coverage –Media coverage results required • Conduct interviews for feature stories • Research background information and identify best story angles/pitches • Required: 2-3 years of experience with social media and online marketing platforms for nonprofit or corporate organizations • Experience with social media, digital advertising, creating content ENGAGEMENT on all digital marketing platforms—Examples required • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) Graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, etc.) • No phone calls please. • Job Type: Contract • Salary: $22.00 /hour • Send resume and any relevant information to wyntonscott1@aol.com.
