The Social Marketing Associate will play an active role in supporting social media publishing, engagement, content management, and performance insights. Assist with the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content across social media platforms while ensuring alignment with platform best practices.Identify relevant user-generated content and help secure permission for use across social channels.Monitor social conversations to identify emerging trends, engagement opportunities, and culturally relevant moments.Engage with users through thoughtful, brand-aligned 1:1 responses and interactions.Share real-time audience, guest, and cultural insights with content strategy partners to help inform and refine social strategies.Partner with social analytics team members to track organic content performance and support recommendations to improve reach and engagement.Support social strategists with campaign development, content creation, and execution.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring content ideas from concept through completion using brand, user-generated, influencer, and original creative assets.Use creative, social media management, and productivity tools to support content development, publishing, and reporting.
