We are now looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager who will focus on content ideas, storytelling, and execution. Responsibilities • Develop creative content ideas and scenarios for: • YouTube • Instagram • Facebook • TikTok • Pinterest • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on content strategy • Plan content calendars and content themes • Prepare briefs and scripts for video shoots • Coordinate content production with: • video operator • actors • community manager (comments & messages) • influencer manager (task coordination and follow-ups) • Ensure consistent brand voice and tone • Review content performance and suggest improvements • Keep the content process organized and aligned across the team Requirements • Experience in social media or content management • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills • Understanding of video content (short-form & long-form) • Ability to coordinate people and tasks • Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail • English level: Intermediate or higher • Understanding or experience with audience 45+ is a strong advantage If you have less experience but strong creativity, responsibility, and willingness to grow, we are happy to consider you.
