Social Media Account Manager

Brandtastic is looking for a new account manager in our office located in Tampa, FL. The position is Full Time. This position is fully in person only and the hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

An Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned client accounts across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Business, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Youtube, and all other assigned social media platforms

Create, schedule, and publish monthly content tailored to each client’s brand and strategy

Creating initial social media accounts for new clients as needed, ensuring branding and setup align with client goals.

Respond to comments, reviews, and messages on behalf of clients, according to their communication preferences and in a timely manner

Set up and manage ad campaigns in meta business.

Assess ad campaign success and update campaigns throughout the month.

Develop and Maintain an in-depth understanding of each client’s business, goals, and content style

Incorporate new blogs from clients' websites into social media content.

Create client specific creative graphics in Canva

Attend virtual or in person meetings as needed, which may include internal team discussions or client-facing sessions.

Adapt to additional client-specific needs and tasks as assigned
