Social Media Account Manager

Summary:

Burning Stick Creative is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team of social media marketing professionals as a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will help develop and execute relevant social media campaigns on behalf of clients, create shareable content/deliverables to support greater brand awareness and engagement, and work alongside our team of social media content creators and other creatives. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with experience in copywriting, graphic design, social media advertising, and digital content creation. Experience with ad management and Meta Ads Manager is required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Manage and grow social media channels to increase followers and engagement.Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content.Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.Create and monitor engaging ad campaigns and complete monthly reporting summaries for each client.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven experience in social media management.Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their target audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.Experience with social media analytics tools and Meta Ads Manager.Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.Video editing skills are recommended but not required.Benefits:
