Social Media Ad Manager

This is a full time in-person position. Please do not apply if you are unable to commute to our office in Downtown Miami Monday-Friday.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be adept at writing engaging content for social media posts, website content, and advertising materials as well as being highly skilled in the Meta Business Suite and has a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

General Responsibilities & Job Duties:

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals.Manage and oversee social media content across all platforms using the Meta Business Suite.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.Develop and expand community and/or influence outreach efforts.Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.Compile reports showing results (ROI).Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.Qualifications:

Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Software Proficiency: Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeKnowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.Familiarity with marketing funnels and their implementation in web projects.Preferred:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital specialist.Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.
