Position Summary: Key Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. )Utilize Meta Ads Manager to build, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for performance and ROIConduct audience research and targeting to improve campaign effectivenessMonitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs; make data-driven adjustments as neededA/B test ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve resultsCollaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad contentTrack and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendationsStay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practicesEnsure brand consistency across all paid social campaigns Proven experience with Facebook Media Management and Meta Ads Manager (campaign creation, optimization, and reporting)Hands-on experience managing Instagram advertising campaignsExperience with additional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, or othersStrong understanding of paid social strategies, audience targeting, and conversion trackingProficiency in analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable strategiesExperience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniquesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
