The Social Media Ads Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing targeted ad campaigns across various social media platforms to maximize engagement and conversion rates. This role entails optimizing ad performance through strategic scheduling and continuous monitoring, managing Google Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research, utilizing Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website traffic, and executing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility. Specific Job Duties • Enhanced Engagement: Help develop and manage targeted ad campaigns that significantly boost user interaction across various social media platforms. Minimum Qualifications Required • BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field • 3+ years of professional social media marketing and platform ad management experience • Proficiency in Google Ads and conducting keyword research • Advanced skills in tracking and analyzing website traffic using Google Analytics • Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences • Experience in executing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies Skills And/or Training Desired • Experience in executing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies • Ability to develop and manage targeted ad campaigns • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
