We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Ads Specialist who thrives on building, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns that drive real results. This role is focused first on running successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, while also supporting ongoing social media content and platform growth for both our clients and our company. Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager, including campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and optimization Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation Develop ad creative direction and messaging based on campaign objectives and target audiences Stay up to date on platform changes, trends, and best practices across paid social advertising Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with websites, email marketing, and broader marketing initiatives Create and design organic social content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Stories, Reels, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more Maintain consistent brand voice and visual quality across client accounts You should be both creative and analytical, able to design great visuals and also understand the data behind what works.
