Social Media & Advertising Specialist

Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and visitation through strategic and creative digital storytelling. This role requires flexibility, with variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support live events, promotions, and real‑time content opportunities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates regular and predictable attendance, arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready‑to‑learn attitude.Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting the Family Style Service culture.Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.Is the primary point person in creating, curating and promoting content on social networks.Runs point on listening on social networks and responding and is the “voice” of the brand on these networks.Leads insights into content marketing strategies to produce, edit and distribute original content, articles, feature stories and special content to grow audiences, awareness, and engagement metrics/conversion across multiple platforms.Contributes to editorial calendar keeping content refreshed, accurate and up‑to‑date; works closely with PR, Entertainment, Gaming, F&B, etc. Well‑groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience required.Candidate should be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and prioritize multiple tasks.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Canva, Photoshop and Adobe Creative and other related social media and advertising software products.In‑depth knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and their respective participants (forums, blogs, photo uploads, social, etc.)
