Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our various social media profiles - Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff - Assist with data entry, proofreading, and order entry tasks - Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and records - Manage incoming and outgoing financial transactions Experience: - Previous experience in an administrative role preferred - Knowledge of social media platforms and familiar with comments and replies. - Familiarity with Notion is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry, proofreading, and order entry tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a medium-paced environment - Proficient in using Google Gmail - Experience with Macbook and iPad is a plus Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
