Social Media Advertising Specialist

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a social ads specialist to join our digital marketing agency and drive our social media advertising efforts forward. If you’re a proactive, self-starter who has a passion for people and strong attention to detail, we should talk.We’re a small agency so this position will have a tremendous amount of responsibility and opportunity for growth. We are looking for a driven, independent, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can spearhead our client accounts and projects effectively.Required Expertise1-3 years of social media advertising experience (ideally Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager)Strong understanding of social advertising best practices, copywriting, trends, etc.Ability to proactively recommend advertising strategies to specific industries and clientsProficient in planning and managing social ad campaignsExpert in social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)Ability to lead client calls... and meetingsProficient in data and analytics reportingAdditional Expertise(if applicable)Expertise with Youtube adsConversion rate optimizationReputation managementResponsibilitiesNew client on-boarding (setup facebook business manager, etc)Execute social ad strategy (building audiences, conversion tracking, remarketing, etc)Platform management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc. )Create advertising campaigns with varying objectives (lead generation, conversion, etc. )Work with creative team on photo, video, or graphic design ad contentWrite compelling ad captionsManage advertising client relationshipsMonthly reporting and client callsWork in project management platform (Asana)Attend internal company meetingsPersonal SkillsSelf-Starter who takes initiativeStrong organizational SkillsDetail-orientedStrong communication skills (meetings, phone calls, etc)Natural tendency to respond quickly to emails and messagesAbility to work effectively in an open office environmentStrives for constructive feedbackHard-worker willing to go the extra mileWorks well with small teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
