As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive business growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms • Work closely with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to develop high-impact integrated campaigns • Manage full-cycle execution of direct response paid social campaigns • Highlight areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations Requirements: • 5+ years' experience in paid social performance marketing • Budget management experience • Campaign set up expertise on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects
