Social Media and Advertising Specialist

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing engaging social media content to promote the casino’s brand, entertainment offerings, promotions, and guest experience. Working closely with the Marketing team, this position supports a variety of marketing initiatives including special events, promotions, player programs, and on-site activations. This role requires flexibility, with variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support live events, promotions, and real-time content opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready‑to‑learn attitude. Ability to work in a loud, fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
