Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across Bowtech, Diamond, Black Gold, TightSpot, and Ripcord brands. This role supports the Director of Marketing by executing digital marketing activities, maintaining web and social platforms, coordinating marketing assets, supporting product launches, and assisting with reporting and analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred.2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.Experience within the outdoor, sporting goods, hunting, or archery industry preferred.Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, WordPress, or similar systems.Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and consumer engagement.Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, marketing automation workflows, and website content management.Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment.Strong understanding of company products, brand positioning, and consumer behavior preferred.WHY JOIN BOWTECH?
