Duties
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media channels.
Monitor social listening platforms to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, ensuring timely responses and insights.
Design eye-catching graphics and visuals
Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to boost visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines, increasing organic reach.
Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report results.
Support public relations, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for branding consistency and messaging clarity.
Experience in social listening, relationship management, and public relations is highly desirable.
