Reports To: Administrator / Director of Operations The Marketing & Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the home health agency’s services, strengthen brand awareness, and support patient and referral growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand visibility and attract new clients and referral sources • Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with consistent, engaging, and compliant content • Create and schedule posts, graphics, videos, and campaigns aligned with the agency’s mission and services • Monitor social media engagement, respond to messages/comments, and maintain a professional online presence • Coordinate community outreach efforts, including events, health fairs, and partnerships with local organizations • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and senior communities • Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws (HIPAA) • Support internal branding initiatives and staff engagement campaigns Work Environment: This position may include a combination of in-office work, remote work, and local travel for community events and outreach activities.
