We are a fast-growing event company specializing in boat parties, private events, weddings, and corporate experiences. We’re looking for someone who can take our marketing to the next level and bring in real bookings.
Job Overview
This is not just a social media role.
We are looking for someone who can create content AND generate revenue. Your main responsibility is to bring in bookings through marketing, outreach, and social media.

If you know how to turn views into paying customers, this role is for you.

Compensation

$20/hour base pay
+ 5% commission on every confirmed booking you bring in

Example:
Close a $10,000 event → Earn $500 commission
Multiple bookings = Unlimited earning potential

Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Create engaging content (photos, reels, videos, event clips)
Respond to messages and convert inquiries into bookings
Run and manage paid ads (Meta/Facebook preferred)
Reach out to:
Event planners
Wedding coordinators
Corporate clients
Influencers
Build partnerships and referral networks
Track leads, bookings, and campaign performance

Requirements

Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Strong content creation skills (video + basic design)
Comfortable with sales, messaging, and closing clients
Organized and able to manage multiple leads
Self-motivated and results-driven

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in events, hospitality, or nightlife
Existing network of clients or planners
Experience running paid ads
