We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to lead our online presence, elevate brand awareness, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.Manage daily social media management using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding promptly to audience inquiries.Create high-quality visual content including graphics, photos, and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights for continuous improvement.Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, media pitches, and manage relationship management efforts with media outlets.Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports that inform future strategies.Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while managing ad budgets for maximum ROI.Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent messaging across all digital channels; oversee content creation aligned with brand voice.Assist in e-commerce efforts by integrating social media marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales on online platforms.Collaborate with photography and video editing teams to produce engaging multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.Go Live on our Tiktok accountManage and moderate Live ShoppingManage Affiliate relationsRequirements Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer; familiarity with Facebook and Tiktok Advertising is essential.Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and web analytics for data-driven decision making.Strong understanding of social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy across all content.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional relationship management skills for collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.Experience in video editing and photography is a plus; familiarity with digital marketing strategies including branding and e-commerce is highly desirable.
