Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview Servlegacy Inc. is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.Create engaging content including videos, photos, graphics, captions, reels, and promotional campaigns.Coordinate and schedule social media posts and marketing campaigns.Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and online reviews professionally and timely.Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand awareness.Track marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, and social media analytics.Coordinate with management on promotions, seasonal campaigns, giveaways, and company announcements.Help maintain company branding consistency across all marketing materials.Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.Coordinate with vendors, photographers, media companies, and advertising partners as needed.Support recruitment marketing initiatives including job postings and company culture content.Attend company events, job sites, and community events to capture content.Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and marketing best practices.Qualifications Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation preferred.Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Basic photography and video editing skills preferred.Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO is a plus.HVAC, construction, or home service industry experience is a plus.Valid driver’s license preferred.Pay & Benefits
